Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Fibonacci Socials, and to all content published through it. It exists to protect the people who see what you publish, the platforms we connect to, and the other customers who share the Service with you.

1. Follow each platform's rules

Everything you publish through Fibonacci Socials must comply with the rules of the platform it goes to, including the TikTok Community Guidelines, the Meta Community Standards (for Facebook, Instagram and Threads), the YouTube Community Guidelines, the X Rules, the LinkedIn Professional Community Policies, the Pinterest Community Guidelines and the Google Business Profile content policies. If a platform's rules are stricter than this policy, the platform's rules apply to content sent there.

2. Content you must not publish

  • Anything illegal where it is published, or that promotes illegal activity.
  • Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors. We report it to the authorities.
  • Sexually explicit material, or intimate images of anyone shared without their consent.
  • Threats, harassment, bullying, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Hate speech, or content that attacks people on the basis of a protected characteristic.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, including music or footage you do not have a licence to use.
  • Deceptive content, such as scams, fraudulent offers, impersonating a person or brand, or misleading health, financial or election claims.
  • Paid, sponsored or branded content without the disclosure the law or the platform requires. On TikTok, use the commercial-content disclosure setting Fibonacci Socials provides.
  • Other people's personal data published without a lawful basis.
  • Malware, phishing links, or links designed to harm or deceive the people who click them.

3. Things you must not do

  • Connect or publish to any account that you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
  • Use Fibonacci Socials for spam or platform manipulation, such as posting the same content repeatedly to game reach, running networks of fake or inauthentic accounts, or coordinating artificial engagement.
  • Try to get around a platform's limits, rate limits, age restrictions or content controls, or around Fibonacci Socials's own plan limits.
  • Access or probe the Service in ways it was not built for: scanning or testing its security without our written permission, interfering with other customers, overloading it, or reverse-engineering it.
  • Share sign-in access in ways that avoid your plan's limits, or resell the Service without our agreement.
  • Use the Service to break the law, or to help anyone else break these rules.

4. Your responsibility

You decide what is published through your account, and you are responsible for it. That includes content published by members of your team. We do not review content before it is published, but we may act on content that we find, or that is reported to us, that breaks this policy.

5. What we do about breaches

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may warn you, stop a delivery, delete content we hold, disconnect an account, suspend your access or close your account. Where the law requires it, or where there is a risk of harm, we may report content to the platform concerned or to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will tell you what we did and why, and give you a chance to respond.

6. Reporting abuse

If you think content published through Fibonacci Socials breaks this policy, email [email protected] with a link to the content and a short description. For content on a platform, you can also report it directly to that platform, which can act on it there.
