Questions, answered.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account, connect one social account and publish a real post. The trial includes one connected account and one post per month, and nobody asks for a card because there is nothing to pay. When you need more accounts or posts, subscribe to a plan on saas.fib.im.
How do I pay for a plan?
Subscribe on saas.fib.im, Fibonacci's checkout, signed in with the same account you use here. Creem, our merchant of record, takes the card payment, monthly or yearly, and the plan applies to your workspace as soon as it goes through. Change plan or cancel from your billing page there. Your connections and post history from the trial carry over. If you would rather be invoiced, or need a custom plan, book a setup call.
Which platforms are supported?
TikTok, Instagram (Reels and Stories), Facebook (Page video and Stories), YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads and Google Business Profile. Fibonacci Socials publishes video only. It isn't a tool for text or image posts.
What happens to my TikTok posts?
You choose for each post. “Post now” publishes to your TikTok profile with the privacy, comment, Duet and Stitch settings you picked, plus any commercial-content disclosure. “Send to drafts” puts the video in your TikTok inbox instead, so you can add sounds or edits and post it yourself from the TikTok app. The options offered are the ones TikTok reports for your account.
Do you store my social media passwords?
No. You never give us a password. Every account connects through the platform's own OAuth sign-in, and what we receive is an access token that we encrypt at rest. You can disconnect in Fibonacci Socials, or revoke access in the platform's own settings, at any time.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnect an account in Fibonacci Socials and its tokens are deleted straight away. You can also delete posts, including from the platform where its API allows it. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. The Data Deletion page has the details.
What if one network fails?
The others carry on. Each platform is a separate delivery with its own automatic retries and its own live status. If one still fails, you can retry just that one, and Fibonacci Socials won't post it twice anywhere it already landed.
Can I remove a post after it has been published?
Yes, where the platform's API allows it. Fibonacci Socials deletes the post from that platform for you. Where a platform doesn't offer deletion through its API, you remove the post in that platform's app.
